If you have a nosy, or even a noisy, neighbor and there seems to be some ill will brewing between you, try this Feng Shui 'cure' that I have witnessed work over and over again. Hang a six-rod metal wind chime in a space between the neighbor and you. Among so many other potentials and properties, wind can capture negative chi and disperse it from your home, blowing it far away. You can even hang one in any window facing the neighbors home if you are unable to place it outside. If wind chimes don't complement your decor, you can try the more subtle but equally effective adjustment of hanging a crystal ball in that window between the two of you.
Crystals will break up the offending energies and scatter them back to the universe. In any case, good fences might make good neighbors but wind chimes and crystals make good karma!
